GRAINZ

• GRAINZ is a digital ballot that empowers Voters by REPLACING POLITICIANS and POLITICAL PARTIES with a PRECISE TOOL for initiating, deciding and implementing legislation in America.

• With the technology we have in the modern era, GRAINZ takes TRUE DEMOCRACY to its logical conclusion. “For The People, By The People!”

• American Voters are given an AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard) lifetime GRAINZ User ID akin to a Social Security Number or Passport.

• GRAINZ allows any American Voter to draft and propose legislation for THEIR Neighborhood, City, County, State or THEIR Country.

• With GRAINZ, the drafter of any proposed legislation is REQUIRED to offer multiple and incremental CONDITIONS to give Voters surgical control of the exact parameters of their Vote. With the CONDITIONS feature, Voters can dictate what aspects of the proposed legislation they agree or disagree with… to reach a compromise. 

• For instance— Voting through GRAINZ on Abortion legislation might start with the question: 

• Do you support ANY abortion? If a Voter selects “No” then they are done with the Proposition. If a Voter selects “Yes”, then a follow-up CONDITION might look like this: Do you support abortion after the first month of pregnancy? The Voter would answer “Yes or No”. Then the follow-up CONDITION might be: Do you support abortion after the second month of pregnancy? And on and on… After all CONDITIONS are selected and when a majority consensus on any of these CONDITIONS is reached by GRAINZ Voters, those CONDITIONS become law.

• GRAINZ makes the outdated model of Voters only getting a binary choice of “Yea or Nea” or choosing between “Him or Her” obsolete. With modern tech, there is no need for a middleman between Voters and the issues. No need for a “Representative” or a political party.

• In addition to offering CONDITIONS, the drafter of any proposed legislation is REQUIRED to detail the UP-TO-THE-MINUTE financial cost or savings of the proposed legislation to TAXPAYERS.

• GRAINZ is embedded with live feeds of all factors (foreign and domestic) that may affect their Vote. Such as Labor Rates, Stock Markets, weather, foreign elections, military actions, civil unrest, tech advancement, pending legislation, natural disasters, etc.

• Companies bidding to provide goods or services for proposed legislation MUST post their bids in GRAINZ to facilitate true Voter scrutiny. 

• Drafters of the proposed legislation are REQUIRED to detail the EXACT annual tax increase or reduction GRAINZ Voters can expect on tax day. 

• Various AI modeling MUST be implemented to foresee potential outcomes of proposed legislation.

• Drafters MUST be willing to do a live stream debate of their proposed legislation to the opposition. This live stream would be included in GRAINZ.

• When a proposed piece of legislation crosses a threshold of 3% Voter ‘Likes”, it goes “Live” for a Vote and GRAINZ Voters receive an alert. 

• When a Vote has gone “Live”, GRAINZ Voters receive an alert they have THIRTY DAYS TO VOTE.

• A thorough explanation of each piece of proposed legislation and each subsequent CONDITION is mandatory for a GRAINZ Voter to read and understand before GRAINZ will allow them to Vote.

• GRAINZ is a Living Ballot. Voters can change their CONDITIONS for any reason during the thirty days a proposed piece of legislation is “Live”. This allows GRAINZ Voters to “sleep on it”, do more research, engage in dialogue with others and monitor costs or other factors that may have fluctuated.

• Each vote has a private digital "serial number" that GRAINZ Voters can privately monitor to ensure their Vote is ACTUALLY being counted in the public total tally. When a GRAINZ user Votes, they can see the public total tally rise by one. If a GRAINZ user removes their Vote, they can see the public total tally reduced by one.

• GRAINZ users can monitor incoming Votes in real time.

• When a majority consensus of CONDITIONS on a ‘Live” Vote is reached, it becomes law, “Dies” or goes “Live” with new CONDITIONS. GRAINZ Voters receive an alert with all pertinent information and if any further action is required.

• When a Vote becomes law, the “managers” of the affected government department are given the MANDATE to fulfill the Voter's wishes. It’s their job and they have been given an order by their employer… the GRAINZ Voters. GRAINZ Voters aren’t subject to the whim of politicians and their promises.
